In wrestling they don’t even beat eachother up cause it’s FAKE!
Cage fighting is where it’s at!
so JC is right and the rest of the world is wrong?
@pokernuts I guess you don’t know what is a meal unless it’s a burger served with fries, just wiki it you will learn something someday
Doesn’t look so bad…can you back up your assertion with some computer analysis?
You can consistently beat 90% of players after reading a good book on backgammon, because the game is so poorly played by most players. But to play at a high level it is quite complex – many factors and formulas to consider!
anything can be classified as a children’s game, its just your approach. For instance wrestling (which is supposed to be so manly) can be portrayed as childish people running around and beating the heck outta themselves for no obvious reason except money, like two kids betaing each other up for a toy
neither does football, or soccer, or chess, or swimming, etc but ppl still like it
Very easy to learn and play but takes a lot to master (if ever)
is Backgammon a complex game to learn ? Or, like Poker has it got a simple premise but many subtle nuances ??
00:16 bad move!!
the entire match is available to watch on the WSOB group on Facebook.
where to buy such boards? any idea? i tried amazon, ebay but could not find similar boards.
have you ever played this game?i think no
its a really hard game
It was agreed by Sander and Gus that they would play ’speed’ with only three minutes time bank and 15 seconds to make a play.
Ordinarily in WSOB events, players have 1.5 or 2 minutes per point (ie in a 5 point match it would be 7.5 minutes per player at the outset) and 15 seconds per play.
how much time does they have from the start.. i have an old chesswatch that i want to use for some backgammon for fun.. but how much time should each have?
i think this game is a waste a time and doesnt help wit anything
Nice, good play on gus, good gammon
I don’t even know how to play it
It can be a child’s game. For instance I’m pretty sure Gus’ niece could beat the OP and myself at this game with both hands tied behind her back. What is she? Three? Maybe four years old?
what a fag
its no child’s game
backgammon is very similar to poker in terms of balance of luck and skill. With the doubling cube you can also raise the stakes, sometimes a ‘raise’ or ‘re-raise/ re-cube’ will get a guy (or gal) off a game he should be calling or taking – like a bluff i poker.
it’s unique to JC
lol if you approach backgammon with that attitude, you will be sorry and will be in trouble.
try it and see if you are not breathless at the end.
Why does John say Fal-a-fel? Is that an English thing? Sounds ridiculous. Surely the correct pronunciation is Fal-ar-fel.
